What is DEXTROSE?

Commonly called glucose, dextrose is one of many sugars produced from cornstarch fed bacteria.


Where does DEXTROSE come from?

It comes from: Maize (cornstarch), rice, wheat, cassava, corn hust and sago. In the United States almost all dextraose is made fom cornstarch.


How is DEXTROSE made?

Large vats of bacteria cultures are fed starches. The bacteria eat the starch and produce sugars.
